Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Balika Textile . We value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

**1. Returns**

- You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. Contact for 24 hours.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

- We can't accept garments/sarees that make-up or perfume stains and small of perfumes.

- The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

**2. Non-Returnable Items**

- Customized or tailored sarees/garments

- Items purchased on sale or with a discount

**3. Refunds**

- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment with in  10 days.

- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

**4. Exchanges**

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at balikatextile@gmail.com .

- Please Submit Opening Video ( Don't pause or non stop 360°) for better replacement process. 

**5. Shipping**

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
